Hospitality Center
The homeless struggle with much more than just the lack of a place to live.  Addiction, abuse, fear, and loneliness are their constant companions.   The Hospitality Center of Norristown, PA,  is  a day shelter that serves the homeless.   The center strives to reach out to every individual, offering help and hope as they face their unique needs.  Those who have put the pieces of their lives back together with help from the Hospitality Center give credit to those who have faithfully served them and often return to offer help to those still need.

Tents for Haiti
Following the massive 2010 earthquake in Haiti, tent cities sprang up everywhere.  Many Haitians didn’t have tents, so they strung whatever they could find – sheets, tarps, etc. – over sticks and
poles to create shelter from the sun and impending torrential rains.  Souderton Mennonite Church in Pennsylvania heard of the plight of the Haitian people and committed to deliver as many tents as possible to those in need. This video documents the heartwarming results of their efforts.
